Trademark Property Solutions is family-owned and operated. Our professional team consist of a licensed Realtor and Certified Legal Assistants. Since opening in 2006, we’ve treated every client like they were a part of our family. Other companies may offer similar services, but our services come with a personal touch.
Specializing in timeshare and resort transfers throughout the United States, Mexico, and the Caribbean. We handle all aspects of the timeshare transfer including the resort closing, legally compliant document preparation, submission of the deed for recording, and any additionally required state tax forms. To complete the transfer we ensure the transfer is processed properly with the resort. We work closely with the Seller and Buyer keeping everyone updated and informed throughout the process.
